Redesign of an existing app for booking a car, taxi or limo – specialised in airport transportation around NYC, LA and other US destinations. Revised the ride ordering process, and everything around it (car selection, payment, driver rating and more).
The goal of this redesign was to enhance the user experience of ordering a ride, and ultimately to convert occasional users into returning customers – through better design, service and rewards.
This project required UX advising and UI design.
